A chemical equation needs to be balanced so that it follows the law of conservation of mass. A balanced chemical equation occurs when the number of the different atoms of elements in the reactants side is equal to that of the products side.
Life is a series of equations that consisting of countless variables. Unless we add the appropriate elements in each side of the equation, otherwise the mass will not be balanced thus cause reactions. We are the catalysts to create awareness and empower individuals in order to balance the social equations, whether it’s for workplace conditions, worker education, gender equity, or health improvement.
Balancing equations is a process of trial and error. We Look forward to exploring down the ally of the unknown to discover the wisdom and strength to transform the social equations.
